' Rock Music Rock Art ' is a unique synthesis of Ugandan and British music and art which has its UK launch on 1 October 2008 at London's brand new cultural centre, Kings Place. The British Music Society was founded in 1979 by enthusiasts who believed an organisation was needed to stem the indifferent attitude generally displayed towards the music of many British composers.
The Gods of instrumental music :
• Chet Atkins, the greatest guitarists of all time usually did instrumental stuff.
• Contemporary country guitarist Brad Paisley promoted an album back in November named PLAY.
• Danny Gatton is another great guitarist. He was capable to play many sorts well.
• There's also a female bassist by the name of Tal Wilkenfeld whose stuff in my view is completely instrumental.
• If you are in love with jazz guitar, you'll surely want to listen Wes Montgomery, Lenny Breau and Mike Stern.
• For rock guitar masters, check out Eric Johnson, Steve Vai and Paul Gilbert.
